Yep. As a Drapplin member, you’ll get early access to drops, offers, and more.

How can I track my order?
Visit the “My Orders” tab in your account — you’ll see tracking info for anything in progress.

Where can I find my order history?
All past purchases are listed under “Order History” with dates, items, and details.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you can start a return or exchange directly from your order summary.

Need help with an order?
No problem. Hit “Get Support” next to the order and our team will assist you fast.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

📦 When will my order be shipped?
All Drapplin orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days mostly after you place them. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on the move.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country.

🚚 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also track your package anytime by visiting the My Orders section in your Drapplin account.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?
Domestic shipping (India): 3–5 business days
International shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods or sales.

💸 Is there free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders if the order is prepaid. No code needed if its prepaid.

📬 What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, just reach out to our support team. We’ll look into it and make sure you’re taken care of — no stress.

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What is the return window?
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

What are the conditions for a refund?
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue

How do I request a refund?
Email us at drapplinofficial@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the issue.
Our team will review your request and guide you further.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, including for size-related issues.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Are there any non-refundable cases?
Yes, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Damage caused after use or washing
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Accessories like hats, socks, or underwear (for hygiene reasons)

Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will guide you on the return process.

Bleach: Nope. Don’t even think about it.
Iron: Low heat, and steer clear of prints. Let the drip breathe.
Dry: Flip it inside out and hang it up. Let gravity do the work.
