1. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and       holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

3. International Shipping

- We ship worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s     responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


5. Address Accuracy

- Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.

- Drapplin is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery     at drapplinofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video(if   applicable).

- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
